If not, they didn't even read the application for testing.

Ruger and SW pulled out of the CA handgun market save for whatever models were still approved I believe. Glock kept their Gen 3 production line open to feed the CA market.

From what I know, this event was a premeditated massacre.

I am pro-military, and I truly honor the Marines. I come from a family of Marines that all served in combat. I literally live 800 yards from Ft Gordon GA. The base is in my back yard. I have friends and family that served and serve as soldiers and a couple that are sailors. Long story short, I have a very strong respect for the American military.

Why did I say what I did above? I am expecting someone to say this action was the result of PTSD. I cannot say whether or not this Marine has / had a traumatic disorder, but I can say that PTSD did not cause the actions that were carried out.

Ian David Long planned this attack, and carried through with his objective. He was well prepared in every way. PTSD does not set up a strategy and execute it in the way Long did. Knowing how the murders were committed I believe Long was in full control of his actions.

It is possible that Ian David Long has an unstable mental condition, but being a Marine had nothing to do with it. This man committed a heinous crime that has impacted the lives of many.

There is only ONE thing to blame for this tragedy, and that is a person named I am David Long. Guns shouldn't even be remotely mentioned or considered. This guy could have gone in armed with a knife and he would have causes the same amount of trauma.

Because he had an illegal extended magazine which turned his Glock into a fully automatic AR15. Common sense gun confisc.... I mean... reform.... would have prevented this.

SSRIs would only let us know if he was being treated for panic, anxiety, or depression. None of that pushes a person to become a killer. Generally those suffering from a severe medical case of anxiety or depression are more likely to harm themselves.
