All mass shootings are terrible, but they will continue because there are over 300 million guns in circulation, and no matter what gun laws are in effect, a mentally ill person will still gain access to one if they want. It makes me sad, and I am a staunch gun advocate. I plan to buy a Springfield XDS really soon.

People change. At one point in your life, you could be a very sane and normal person, that currently owns a firearm. The next, life happens, you lose your shit and snap. Not the gun's fault, it is the owner's fault.
Gun laws are already super strict and those that just comment about stricter gun laws, frankly, are idiots and don't know any better.
Mentally ill people and even sane people can get a gun very easy. Through gangs, straw purchases, stealing one from someone they know, etc.
All shootings suck. But, trying to blame a cretain race for the reason behind it while evidence shows otherwise is asinine. Facts are facts, but, it doesn't alleviate the fact that the shootings still happen no matter the color of your skin. A lot of people just want to play victim and point the finger. This is how people cope with things and feel better about themselves. Cowards do that.

Ever considered that right wing media tries to push an agenda just as much as the left? To everybody else not on the right, that just looks like a white dude killing another white dude. Not exactly newsworthy. For the right, though, everybody has to be placed in ethnic [what even is "ethnic" white?] boxes to preserve the purity of The Great White Race. What happens to "the media is trying to divide us" in these situations?

Left tries to promote that every type of gun is some type of assault weapon.
They report that if a person of color or non-white ethnicity is shot and killed, ALL Whites are bad.
If a black police officer shoots a black criminal, it becomes yesterday's news right away. It is reverse if it is anyone other than a black person killing a black person, though.
Same goes for the gang shootings. The left does not report on those, but, they try to do everything they can to blame every shooting on Trump, the NRA, gun owners, etc.
I don't really watch the news, so, I don't have a leg to stand on with what the "right wing" reports. I think it is probably a lot of BS like the leftists, but, again, I don't know.
All I know is, people kill people. Some are racially motivated, some are motivated by mental illness and other reasons. It happens.

Black on black violence is called gun violence by the leftist media. The Democrats absolutely do not care about it, they continue to allow it to happen and condone it as long as it is contained to certain areas. I in fact feel they love it because it allows them to continually talk about "Guns are bad" to any moron that will listen. They even help it along by giving lenient sentences to violent offenders, which compared to overall population in these areas is a relatively small subset. Shoot someone? Get 4 months to a year then get out and do it again. In Baltimore the gangs literally ran the prison:

I heard an interesting theory today. These shootings are 100% caused by the left by their racist actions towards children as they grow up and go to school.
If white Johnny and black Johnny go to school one day and both make the same threats towards other classmates, black Johnny will have the cops called and will be kicked out of school for good. Little white Johnny will be treated differently, the teachers not wanting to ruin his future refusing to act in any meaningful manner. Little white Johnny learns he can get away with these actions and becomes more bold until an action like Ohio happens. The school had a large sealed and expunged folder on him, had they been responsible and gotten him into the system, the mechanism of a legal gun purchase at least might have been taken away from him.
