Yeah, 15-20k. A lot of variables. I suspect they've bottomed out and in maybe 5-7 years will appreciate.

People will be nostalgic for simpler manual Corvettes and recovering from this CCP Virus crap.

This.

Today you can buy one with 20-50k miles for $15-19k which is absurd IMO.

Now is definitely the time.

I thought I would weigh in here on the C5Z...

Last fall, I sold my H/C C6Z to put the money in an investment property.

I ended up buying the investment property AND found a nice, stock 01 C5Z with mod red interior an hour up the road from me for $9k... Yes, NINE.

I have enjoyed the hell out of beating on it at the track and slowly modding it into a dedicated track car! It is down from the power I was used to from my c6z, but is still very fun to drive! I plan to Ls3/Ls7 swap it anyway. Unbeatable value

Mine had mod red interior as well, great combo to have with Torch Red exterior!

I LOVE this car. Reminds me of the Viper a little. Not AS violent but still raw. For stock it gets up and moves. I am REAL comfortable in int, and I'm 6 foot. I can't believe how quiet it is. I need exhaust ASAP haha. The clutch feels.....weird. Not sure ....it just feels weird ...but it doesn't slip or anything. The tires are old so it needs new rubber. Also I need a touch screen stereo lol. So far I love it ! Should be a good time.

****ing nice man!! What year and how many miles? The clutch probably needs new fluid. Use a syringe to take out the dirty fluid and add new fluid but I’ll take a couple cycles to get it all clean and the clutch should feel better

That is a bandaid, may help some for awhile, but replacing the master with a better unit is the real fix. C5s and Fbodies were notorious for it.
