Not correct. New Mustang GTs can be had for under $30k all day long and twice on sunday.

Ford's bread and butter is their truck line. They are playing some fierce "hard to get" here thats for sure.
Mustang GT PP1 is $42k and only way to get Recaro is PP2 at $46. Way overpriced!
Ford is losing tons of market share as well. If they are not careful they will lose their streak of best selling truck this year!

The Jeep was one of the vehicles I was always looking at. I sort of gave up as there are no stick shifts. I loved my 12.
150
Rubicon
Tremor
Scat Wide

The Rubicon is $10k cheaper solves all my problems the TRD gives me and keeps my payments near same. Now that they are near $10k off...
If I could get anything off the tremor I’d buy.
Bottom like I don’t like the TRD nor Toyota!

I agree Ford needs to pull its head out of its ass, but using the Mustang as an "overpriced Ford" example doesn't make any sense.

Whatever.. doesnt matter.

I just wish the SD was nicely discounted like everyone else haha

It may be my opinion. The $30k Mustang GT you speak of looks like crap looks like v6. Comparing the mustang I would buy to the Scat I would buy is $35k to $47k. It be nice to get a Recaro seat mustang GT for $40k msrp but they don’t offer it. Based on that I call them over priced.

The logical answer is the most obvious one: They're ****ing stupid, greedy shitbags.

They'll be changing their tune very soon.

If they don't get on their knees and tongue massage the collective stink crinkles of the car buying populace, they will quickly find out that MANY other dealerships will. Hell, other car companies ALREADY have started, and want to cup and tickle the yambag on top of that.

Like I said earlier, patience is key in the best car buyers market in our history.

Actually if you were in the market in 2008/2009 that was one of the best buying markets in history. Only time will tell if 2020 can compete.

Depends on the wrangler. All have 0-36 which is garbage at this time. Most have family pricing, rubicons do not.

However now you can get 12% to 15% below msrp. The rubicon I’m looking at is $52k msrp vs $45k sale price or with all discounts could be $43k.

Yeah, a $40k MSRP Scat is bare bones and looks like a base V6 Rental.

My 1320 was $53k and I paid $41k OTD last year.

Gross. Those hounds tooth seats are so basic. Gotta get the upsize Uconnect and Alcantara headed/cooled seats.
I agree when looking , i would only go with that interior package, with the dynamic package, and sound system upgrade. Wanted blue with black stripe. Couldn't get a dealer that wanted to sell for 37k all wanted about 43k +TT&L.

Ford keeps messing up and Tesla will buy the whole company out of bankruptcy in some kind of mostly stock deal. And I'm no Tesla fan. Wont take much longer and they can have ford for less than a solar company.

Tesla is worse than ford believe it or not. Tesla is one Ponzi scheme.

How would Tesla afford to buy ford?

Tesla generated $24.6 billion in revenue in 2019, buoyed by a fourth quarter revenue figure of just shy of $7.4 billion. Teslastill didn't turn an annual profit— in fact, it lost $862 million in 2019. But that was better than the $1 billion loss the company posted in 2018.
