I viewed some Gt350s today. Suddenly there is no ADM, and the dealer is willing to remove and change the OTT stripes color for free. Question is how much under sticker should I offer?

Well, that’s quite a bit off the top isn’t it? The only option the car doesn’t have is Recaros, but it is a ‘19. And that may be $58k OTD.

I'd PM 13COBRA the vin and find out invoice and any rebates. I would offer invoice minus rebates plus TTL and getting your stripe. Any dealer that doesn't bail on ANY 19 is nuts in these conditions.
Make the offer and let em sit if they decline, but make it clear you are searching wide and far.

They have listed at sticker ($66k) but most online are going for around $60K
Check out Mustang6G and the GT350 section. There are people paying under MSRP for Rs. I would scoop up a GT350R instead of a GT350.

Keep in mind the 2020 GT350Rs are a lot more limited than the 2019s and the price went up for 2020. You might get a much better deal on a 2019 and they are identical(other than a few new colours)
