Not in the next 4 years. Probably gonna be $1.00/round pretty soon for fmjI’m being stingy with my 9mm ammo. I think I have about 2000 rounds. I know a few people that are selling their ammo and guns now while they can make a profit. Who knows how long it’ll be before you can replace your ammo at .19 a round- my guess is it’ll be quite a while.
They come with and without, my current does not have one and I probably would do the same. Just a picture.striker fired pistol with safety? no thanks
Do you guys see the demand for ammo and price slowing down at all? Or are we ****ed for at least 4 years?
I really want some ammo but I also don't want to spend $700 for 9mm.

Hopefully they can start to keep stuff on the shelves. Cause right now it seems like a full time job just trying to find ammo.Hard one to predict. I would assume it will eventually drop, but who knows when. With Biden getting elected, my personal opinion...I don’t see prices dropping for a while.

Hell even 1000 rounds of magtech is close to $700 and you can't find it.

The gun enthusiasts that are the biggest doomsday preppers are the cause of the ammo pricing ridiculousness. As soon as it appeared that Biden would win the election people rushed online and bought up thousands of rounds that they'll likely never use. This causes a shortage of supply, which ammo manufacturers are slow to respond to, so the prices go up.
This situation is similar to the toilet paper stupidness. A few morons panic and buy all the supply. Then the people who actually need it, are **** out of luck.
We just need people to stop being so damn panicky and there wouldn't be as big of an issue to begin with.

I would have to disagree with the first part, because most enthusiasts reload, keep shot brass and other things and set on them. So, gun enthusiasts isn’t the reason for the shortage. It’s the increase in gun buyers as a whole. Gun sales are at an all time high, and that due to first time gun owners being at an all time high. A primer shortage is one thing driving the shortage and the shutdowns from covid done it as well. Also, suppliers not ramping up production of ammo to meet the demand is another reason.

You missed the middle of my first sentence. "The gun enthusiasts that are the biggest doomsday preppers are the cause of the ammo pricing ridiculousness."
I'm not claiming it is all the gun enthusiasts, just the people with the biggest "apocalypse" fears that think they'll need 5k rounds of 9mm to protect their toilet paper stash. LMAO
