Thanks @CobraBob ........Its a must experience for any car enthusiast. Spans across 7 cities here in Michigan. The best car cruise experience in a life time!!What a GREAT video, Vinny. A no nonsense tour of the best Cruise in the land. That was really an enjoyable view.
We went through there and then ate at the Mezcal Mexican restaurant nearby. Was your car parked there?I was in the Snake Pit, had a good time cruising.
Thanks SO much for posting this. I've been lucky enough to attend this TRUE bucket list for Car Guys event. I only got a 20 minutse in and work is in the way...I'll finish later., THANKS!Enjoy PEEPS............
I honestly got kind-of tired of hearing about how blown away I would be. Went in with an open mind, but it was like car overload. In a really good way. You 100% have to cruise down Woodward into Pontiac and do the turn around portion later on in the day on Saturday. It was 4 wide going around that turn around, people all over the place, and a 4 lane wide burn out every 100 feet or so. It was like OSU Michigan football in 2002 and 2006. That crammed in, but still being super excited to see cars going by. My friend stopped for every kid that asked for a burnout too. Which was a ton....haha. The crazy car stuff is nuts too. Saw a van driving down the street that had the body on upside down. So, upside down looking van driving toward you. It was nutty. There was a special section for cars that were the actual ones used in television or movies. Those were cool. Mystery machine next to an Adam West Era batmobile. A-team van and a ton of others. Anywhere there is grass behind a building there seemed to be another 100-200 cars lined up in another show. Just so much to do. There is nothing like it anywhere. I'll be that guy and tell you guys that it really is a life changing car experience. A must for anyone who likes cars. Thanks SO much for posting this. That frankenmuth Auto fest is really cool to @CobraBob .......tons of beautiful cars, venues and very cool car ppl!!Had to go back through the video again. Me me think, "what an awesome way to just relax, enjoy, and forget about all the crap going on across the country, even if it for just one day". No other video takes me back to my late teen through mid-20s years like that one.
That Camaro @ the 40:27 mark.
There should be an SVTP sponsored tent and show there next year.
I will be there. I think this forum would be almost an attraction in and of itself if it were set up somewhere there. Good for PR and growth of the forum. How about I just get a table overlooking Woodward at Como's? Then the crew can drop in for pizza and beer.
