To all that NOPE. hahaha But man I'm in Riley too I'll see you around.
There's nothing. Because i'm going to be needing some work done to mine when i get there. My stang has been in storage for 3 years now. Can't wait to get back to it, these japanese cars and roads are killing me. Are there many stangs around there? Guss i might have to ship it somewhere to get worked on then.
What do you need done to it?
I can install subframes, longtube headers and quite a few other tasks on these mustangs. Im about 90 miles west of Ft. Riley.

Well the auto center on post is really good. A man named Rick works there, he helped me build 3 foxbodys, and I mean build. He can do heads, bottom ends and tranny and anything you need.
He is a cool guy and he is a die hard ford and mustang guy. I bought 2 foxs from him.
Oh and for clubs on Riley I was in one with only V8 stangs. I think we had like 20-25 cars. For the most part it was NCOs so there wasn't really dumb stuff going on. But we would go to KC or Tokepa(sp) and track,sit around, cruise.
that sounds good. i forgot there's always some mustang guys on base. if i can find a cheap 460 i'll put that in. big block vert with a nice cam is perfect. do you know much about the housing around there. are there some nice houses i can rent. can't wait to get backbeen overseas to long.
Housing is not bad, I'm looking too I'm getting ready to come back from Iraq and I'm looking. 900 bucks for a condo with a 2 car garage.
That stuff I don't know.

no i wish. my plan is to put my 93 to the side for a little and get a lightning and bought time i pay that off the gt500's will be low enough to get one. since they made more gt500's than cobras i think the gt500's will drop in the 20's in a year or so.
I miss the Auto hobby shop on base. Enlcosed wash bays, lifts and ASE mechanics there to answer questions when you got in over your head.
Advance Engine and Machine in Salina, Ks. is the place to go. Not too far from you and well worth the drive. I had my 11:1 fully forged all aluminum DOHC race motor built there. Damn good work and very professional.
I also had my 99 cobra 'C' heads ported there.
Intake was 220 @.500, Exhaust was 140 @ .500, Intake is now at [email protected], Exhaust now outflows the pre port job intake at [email protected] The ports werent hogged out either just massaged to increase flow as this is an N/A motor and intake velocity is very important.

Im from hays, Kansas....i can count the cobras on one hand out here, I have only seen one termy since I moved here, haven't seen it sense
