Do you guys replace your tob sleeve every time u get a new clutch? Im replacing my clutch tomorrow forgot to order tob was wondering how important it is to replace it to?

I know its very important to have a break in period on a clutch but I wanted to know what is the technical reason you must break in a clutch before putting heavy loads on it? Also if u don't break it in how much does it effect performance and life of the clutch?
