Th I have a fully built engine sleeved billet crank double keyed .ati balancer with steel hub . 4l80e automatic built by rossler. Strange 9 inch full cage. Ect tried to get rid of weak links. But you are right anything can happen even with the best parts.

I have cometic gaskets on mine and also going 4.7 kenbell . I was told that if I keep it under 30 lbs of boost should be fine. I plan on running the 4.7 at about 28 lbs. We will see how well it holds up.

I have 03/04 cobra valve covers on my car. I had MPR build my engine. Sleeved Bryant billet crank Manley 300 m Rods Diamond pistons and all the upgraded timing components. I had it broke in with a Kenbell 3.6 . 1115 at 24 lbs . I am swapping know to the 4.7 I will see what it puts out after...
