Hi guys, need to decipher the reading i get on my boost gauge. On idle, it reads 20 under the zero. Is this normal? and when i accelerate, it only goes up to about 5-8 over zero. Is this normal? did i install it wrong? Thanks for your inputs in advance. Pic shows gauge at idle.

Will the pcv delete throw a CEL P0171, P0174? What i did was use Chiz's method on the driver side and just block of the hose with a cap on the passenger side. I did not remove the t-connector on the passenger side and i just blocked it off with a cap as well. Any insights would be appreciated.
