I'm located up in B.C Canada v1p1h5. I don't think shipping would be too bad, a friend had an engine shipped up from the states before. I have the money it's just I need to see whats up with my current engine tomorrow, I have a feeling this would be a more cost effective option to get power than rebuild my 2v
