So the Tip I have is to put a roll of electrical tape vertical between the exhaust pipes under the diff when you go to tighten the catback to the Mid-Pipe flanges. then remove the electrical tape roll and see if it looks good to you.

a quick little search and i came up with " G35 immobilizer control unit ". its a black box with a ring around it. it installs on the ingintion switch , then you need to reprogram all the keys to get the car to start.
