Wanting to get into some shifter kart racing. Any advice for buying first used shifter kart? Advice for finding a track? Any advice at all? Thanks a lot.
I've noticed some with avatar pics that are larger and more clear than mine. How do you do this? When I try to increase the size of the pic I use for my avatar, it goes beyond the 125X125 pixels-size. thanks.
Help, anybody? I am completely stock except for a K&N drop-in. At WOT in first gear, I never get past approx 6lbs of boost. After I shift into second, it goes up to 8lbs and falls off a little around 5500RPMs. How can I have belt-slip on stock everything? I think my belt was even replaced...
Awesome. All the things I thought the Zip-Zap needed on the previous model are on the SE model. It even has lights.

1) Faster
2) Servo-controlled steering, instead of electromagnet, I think. I don't want to take it apart to find out.
3) Steering trim adjustment on the remote...
I have a friend in the powdercoating industry and would like to get my valve covers "chrome-look" powdercoated. How hard is it to remove them? Do you have to remove the master-cylinder? Thanks.
I'm on my third TOB and it has started to squeal. Any recommended replacement TOB available? I'm sure Ford would refuse to honor anymore clutch warranty claims, but it would be worth it if I could get a good TOB.

2. The "Tick." (New-design head. Silent recall.)
3. The "Right Hand Pull." (Jury still...
I love this damn car!
1. Looks awesome running down the road and sitting still. Take this from a former doorstop (F-bod) owner.
2. Blower whine is a plus, not a minus.
3. Handles great, IMO.. We have some REALLY picky mofos on this board.

I know that Meguiar's Scratch-X doesn't remove chips, but it sure helps to dull the small ones that are located behind and infront of all my fenderwells.

Okay, so I've noticed a few (very few) comments on a harmonics problem with the lower (Metco or whomever else) pulleys. Is it true that the pulleys create some sort of stress on the crank? Just wondering. Thanks.
Are any wheel companies producing the 20-in badboys on the 2005 concept GT car? I know they won't be on the production 2005 car, but I think they would look great on ours. I've been trying to Photoshop them on to a side-pic of my car, but I'm computer illiterate.
I took my car in because I was having trouble getting it into first gear. I exercised the clutch adjuster until I was blue in the face. When that stopped working, I took it in.
Verdict: Ford says I need a new clutch/pressure plate/throw-out bearing. With 16K on the clock and no racing, it...
