I had an injector stick open and it flooded the motor and totalled it. Now I have to get a new motor. Only had 42K so its out of warranty. Has this happened to anybody else?

Has anybody else blown a head gasket or had a messed up exhaust gas cooler on a 6.0 with less than 50,000 miles
