Oil separators, Bob's or JLT's are very cheap insurance and should be the first thing you should do. I have a Bob's because at the time they were working better than JLT's and they painted it in Vista Blue for me. Now that JLT changed the filter and fixed their separator it's just a matter of appearance, ease of install and price. OP I love this set up, the SN95 body style was always my favorite, I loved my BAB 98 Cobra. With the low weight and that engine that's going to be a quick car. As far as the balancer goes, I think if you were going to leave the engine stock you'd be alright. I believe problems occurred when smaller pulleys and such were added. Maybe wait and see, if you plan on going with an OD balancer than get an ATI. Good luck with the car, looks like a fun build.

Nice swap. Would love to do to the 94, either that or a cotyte swap.
Is good to change the crank pulley.
Get it running and drive it.
