I may have missed it, but what pulley Stephen?

I'm running a 3.3 upper and 4lb lower, according to VMPs boost chart that should be 18-19psi. I have 1-7/8 ARH headers so hopefully I'll be around 18psi. I have a KB BAP, BA2600MAF and flow matched 80 pound injectors so that should be enough fuel for 600whp

That's the issue Mike...Blower, fuel system, injectors, maf, clutch, spline, rims and tires. Can I do all that for $4K? Lol

Since I like you I won't BS you....the answer is hell no. I say you'd need at least 6-7k to do all that.

Although you could probably make the stock clutch and input shaft live for a long long time. I put well over 1000 miles on my stock clutch with e85 22psi, and surprisingly the clutch looked in great shape. Thats probably more miles than you do in a year or two isn't it?

Actually closer to $10k I'd guess Patrick.

Goly geesh. Still plan on doing it one of these years and want to do it right. I could probably cut some cost by installing myself than having it tuned by a tuner after. We have E85 local now too.

It is. One of the other mods here and have become great friends and I speak of this often. Do I need it based on my driving habits with this car, no, would I like to have it, yes. Honestly, where would I use it? I live in blue haired central where the streets get so plugged up it has got stupid.

I will let you know what I got. Put a TVS with GT500 TB on last summer. Got a 3.2 upper and bought one of Mile's 4lb lowers. Pushing @ 18-19psi. Got MAC LT with bassani cat backs with o/r x pipe and borla stingers. It has ID 1000's injectors, BAP, JLT CAI Gen 2. Just running 93 pump gas I got 627rwhp and 580tq. Of course in colder weather I know it has mote was tuned in July. You will get the numbers your looking for. Just like to see what you get.

Why the 3.2 upper and 4 lb lower instead of just a 2.8 upper? I have a new TVS with a 2.8 that'll be going on in the next couple of months.

I only did the 3.3 upper and 4LB Lower because I already had the lower on and didn't feel like changing it.

Good enough reason right there. I couldn't be happier with mine. What throttle body are you running? You'll like the new found traction the Hoosiers supply too. At 700hp my 315 Hoosiers dead hook a 2nd gear 40mph roll.

I wanted the more torque that the lower would provide. Plus wanted to stay under 20 psi on pump gas and if we ever get a lot of e85 stations in VA then I might have a little fun. But by the time that happens I will be a old man lol

What size upper/lower? For 600 on 93 pump you will probably have to at least run a 2.8" upper/stock lower. Depends on the dyno of course, I made 563 with 3" upper/stock lower @ 19 degrees timing. Good Luck, and clean ride :)
