So i finally got my 93 tune where i want. Air fuel is around 11.5-11.7. @ wot. Car pulls strong all the way up to 6000 rpm...

My question is when tuning for e85 what do i change to get the fuel
Mixture? And how much more timing can I get away with?
Do I rescale my injector slope? And how much?

Any help with this would be appreciated
Thanks you
mbsvt
So just to be clear about air fuel ratio... I still target my air fuel at wot 11.5 11.7 ...Is that correct??

Just change the stoich AFR under the fuel scalars to 9.76. Then if you have to, tweak the injector slopes.

When I switched I just changed the stoich value like stated above and it was extremely close, just had to tweak the higher rpm range a little and I just changed the maf table.

As for timing, I added 4*. Depending who you ask and what your setup is this will vary a lot. I believe I could have added a bit more timing but I'm still on a stock longblock, so I elected to not get greedy.

Lol, oh yeah. Had a good discussion going in this thread with a lot of good info regarding that.

Depending on the injectors your using, you really shouldn't need to change the injector slope. I'm using id1000's and they were spot on. I changed the stoich and increased my base fuel pressure and I was done.

11.5 should be fine. I've had good results at 11.0.

when I swap from gasoline to e85 I make the following changes

> change the stoich afr scalar
> kick up cranking fuel by 25%
> reduce the enrichment lambse by 0.05 lambda
> take her on up to mbt if not excessively boosted
> kick up the iat spark retard temp

I usually shoot for 0.8 for a boost setup and -0.05 == 0.75 for an e85 boosted setup
