After waiting 10 years I finally have a GT500. 2007 with 6700 miles on her when we picked her up. She already has a Ford Racing CAI with a VMP tune and tubular control arms out back. I love this car!

Congrats, one of the best color combo's in my opinion. They only had the Tungsten for the '07 model year. If you decide to upgrade to a TVS or Twin Screw blower, make sure you replace you harmonic damper. The '07's have an extremely heavy damper aka crank pulley. You can use the '08 pulley which they shaved about 10lbs compared to the '07 pulley. I'll be doing this soon to get ready for an S/C swap.

Cheers,
Ray

It's gonna be a while but I plan on a TVS/pulley upgrade plus cams and full exhaust. Plus upgraded heat exchangers.

Very rare to find an older GT-500 with that low mileage. Hope you got it for a good price. I like the color a lot. Enjoy!!

Congrats OP... i found my 07 with 6800 miles and bought from original owner.
He had the shift light set to 4000rpm! Scared me the first time i floored it haha.

As mentioned above, do the 08+ crank pulley sooner rather than later.

You'll be shocked at what the 07 unit weighs.

My shift light was set to 5500rpms. I fixed that already. I think we got a really good deal for the low mileage.
