Sorry if you mentioned it, I'm not reading through every post, but where exactly are they getting these replacement follicles?
All of mine is starting to go bye bye also. Thank god I had extensively thick hair when I was younger. I'm going to try supplements first to see if that helps a little before I start thinking drastically like this but this gives me hope.

The Dr. will tell you how many total grafts you will have for harvesting depending on the quality of your donor area. Some people have over 10,000 grafts that can be implanted over the course of their life.

Yeah, its a ripoff here in the states and England. Everyone is going to Turkey. I've been reading up on it and the best over there is Dr. Koray Erdogan. 2.6 Euros I believe
