Very easy. Take off the brake caliper bracket by removing the 2 bolts, the dust shield (2 more small bolts) and the rotor. Take a dead blow and knock whichever one you want out. For install slip the new one in, put a couple of washers on it followed by a nut, then take an impact gun to that but so it basically sucks the new stud into place. Or follow this

I used a mini 4lb sledge to knock the old studs out instead of a dead blow. When you install the new ones, make you you line up the little knurled part on the hub. It’s a very easy job. You might need a few spare lug nuts as they may get destroyed trying to pull the stud through. You can also grease the threads on the stud to hell the sacrificial lug nut not work as hard.

Can it be removed and replaced without removing the Caliper and the rotor?
