If the 8spd DCT is accurate, it is likely the ZF unit. Getrag and Tremec only offer 7spd's. ZF just happens to have something rated up to ~740 lbft.

That picture is awful, can't see shit. The new interior picture has me confident that Chevrolet finally built a high quality interior that the Corvette has been missing. Can't wait for the reveal.

I wouldn’t say worlds better, but the front of the GT500 has the appeal of the C8’s butt end.

I'm really surprised at the support/approval this thing has here. I'm disappointed myself, because like someone else said, it just doesn't scream Corvette anymore.

I agree! Judging from the leaked photos, it's going to be a stunner. Certainly a car that is going to turn a lot of heads. And be a beast on the road.

I'm on the fence with the rear, but at least it looks better (IMO) than the C7 rear.

GNXs and WS6s look a million times better. Change my mind.

Came to svtp for C8 comfort. CF has their panties in a bunch over a camoed car and one ass end pic.

Front and side are winners but I have to ask, Who in the world is designing the rear of GM's? 5 Gen Camero's, Shit. C7=Shit. All of their cars and SUV's= Shit. It's looks like they got to the back and said "Eh, **** it".

Doesn’t matter what badge is on the hood/grille or what country it comes from, I’m a car guy. Never believed in brand loyalty, and never will. Too many cool cars out to limit yourself to one brand.
