It’s really good. I’ve never had issues with the a8. The one on my z7z06 shifted great. Pretty sure this one is identical.

Badass car!! ...And for all the aero haters that stuff works period My C7Z with stage 3 aero is rock solid at every speed and the Zr1 just takes it up a notch..with more down-force, much better fuel system (port and GDI injection), and cooling. Only thing that sucks is when the A8 shifts into 5th gear it's amazing 1 - 4 but going into 5th it bogs a little (adding power helps that)

It lags a bit on the upshift on the stock tune in manual mode, but most tuners can fix that.

I drove my friends C7Z few times , it's pretty decent but the delay from pulling the shift paddle to the actual time the car shifts is big compering to DCT of the Mclarens or R8/Huracan

V6 engine , crappy exhaust sound for a super car . didn't feel that fast for a car with 2 turbos and 3 electric motors specially using LC [ my GTR and R8 hit harder of the LC then NSX] .all 3 electric motors shut of automatically around 120MPH .Liked the R8 interior much better too .My stock R8 run quicker then all the modded NSXs out there with boltons [ JB4 tune , downpipes , exhaust , meth inj ,filters ]

GM should have released the ZR1 with a DCT. I guess they were saving all that hype for the C8. Front engine vette should have went out with a bang tho.

I think the ZR1 will go up in value. As long as the owners don't sell them for cheap, we'll probably see a rise.

Limited production, like under 4000 built, made only 1 year, last of the front engine vette and available in manual.

They made more ZR1’s in 1 year than all the gen 5 vipers combined. Lol
