Can anyone assit me in locating this unit.I'm the orginal owner of this unit and I'm trying to locate it.I'd like to atempt to buy it back if possible.I sold it due to a Hurricane destroyed my home at that time in 2006.Regreted it ever since.Thanks for any help.I can be reached at 337-591-1023. I would recommend searching the vin on google if you haven’t done that already. Searching the vin build number and Saleen number in different combinations may show listings or details about where it may be or at least where it was sold last.

I have the vin#519,from saleen,chasic #P48 Saleen #97 which is in 5 different locations on unit from saleen,and ship date 10/11/02,to me.I'll try to find the actual vin,#from ford. I found this info.,in my,Saleen Book published by Brad Bowling for the 20th Anniversary of Saleen Mustang.I ordered two books and kept one and let one go with unit,with all documents and letters from Ford and Saleen,from day it was ordered to arrival at my local dealer,

if you can get the full vin hell I think carfax will at least show the last place it was registered

No but if you contact the Chi-Coms I'm sure they know right where his car is.
I was able to get the vin,from my insurance co.,Here it is 1FAFP48Y63F324519,if any one can help me locate that would be fantastic.Thanks

It was a joke, Chinese Government. They pretty much own Saleen now. Sorry didn't mean to get your hopes up.

theres a carfax thread around, maybe they'll run one for you. It will show the location of vehicle registrations, state inspections and reported accidents
