Not sure why my Charge Temps are so high. I did just install a heat exchanger and Cobra Engineering adapter plate. This is a Whipple 2.9, OEM IC.
I did let the system circulate several times (car off), I don’t see any bubbles. Probably overfilled the tank a little. I didn’t perform a “burp procedure” other than just letting it circulate.
I’m running Aeroforce Interceptor gauges. I’m confused with all these PIDs.
IAT1, IAT2 we’re very close to ambient temp. Charge Air was around 135 cruising and 145ish in stop in go. If I stopped and let it sit, the charge air temp would go to the 160s (probably heat soak).
Pic is of charge air temp while cruising.
No bubbles, did see coolant around lid.
My pump IS running. When I punch the hoses under the blower, I can feel it flowing. Purple wire is the trigger for the trunk tank
