I'm very paranoid about my Cobra getting stolen and I would like to hide some kind of tracking device on the car. I was thinking about using an Apple Air Tag and hiding it under the carpet but I don't know what other options are out there. What would you guys recommend?

I have this on all my cars. Just needs power. Simple. Cheap monthly fee.

The Apple air tag is worthless. Most ppl have iphones and they will be alerted there is a device near by plus it has a short battery life. Its NOT an anti-theft device nor is it promoted as one.

I'm on a plan cheaper yet. It only pings twice a day per unit. There are different tiers of service. BTW the customer service is excellent!

I also have to mention the battery last me over 6 months per charge. Some you can wire in directly. I chose to charge the unit to avoid draw as equipment sat for months at a time. I'm sure the electrical draw isn't much, just the route I went. Great peace of mind as equipment sits hundreds of miles away months at a time.

Is the car outside or something? I understand the paranoia for sure. Never realized that hellcat chargers are the #1 stolen vehicle in America according to people. Also never realized how easily they can be stolen. I’d say the Apple AirTag isn’t as useful considering most things that have been mentioned in here. I’ve heard great things about the Track-4.

Unfortunately the car isn't locked up in a garage. I get scared about someone dragging it onto a trailer and pulling away with it. But sounds like the Air Tag isn't the way to go.
