Went and picked up my new shotgun and a couple hundred shotshells. When I was waiting for the background check to clear I looked around. I held this 9mm and was impressed. Never heard of them, but I bet this is a killer shooter. Sights are INTERESTING.

I heard the Steyr M9-A2 referred to as "the best 9mm pistol you've never heard of". Was interested in picking 1 up but couldn't find one at any of my LGS. Most every one said they liked them but they didn't sell because no one was familiar with them

Glock is releasing the glock 47. Cliffs: Basically a g17 MOS. You can put it's slide on a g19 or put a g19 slide on it's frame.

Dirty ****ers at the BP were the only lucky bastards to have access to this….

Yep, the take away is finally being able to swap your 19 slide for a 17 length slide for increased sight radius and softer shooting gun.

Get yourself a 19 and 47 and it is the equivalent of 4 glocks (19,17,45 and 47)…

pretty cool.

Yeah, the trapezoid sights are definitely different. I don't think I'd like those. Other than the sights, the specs, construction and design are pretty nice. I take it you aren't looking for a new 9mm pistol. If you were, would you consider this Steyr?

I would and to be honest I almost bought it. I think I would actually love the sights. It's almost natural to line them up over what we are use too. The ergo of the weapon was unique as well and bore axis was amazing. It isn't a small gun, it's full size. I think it would be more of a range gun but did not have the ability to throw on a red dot. Not knowing much about them I smartly hesitated. I've bought too many guns lately, lol.

Does SCAR do anything better than the CZ Bren 2 which is $1500?
