A photographer posted in the local car enthusiast Facebook group that he was looking for a car to photograph for free in order to get his portfolio started. I posted one of my pics in the comments thinking what the heck why not, even if he didn't turn out to be great at it, I'd at least get some high resolution shots of my baby.

He absolutely killed it.. the results absolutely blew me away. And he had them all edited and ready within a day. Unfortunately traffic ruined our plans to get rolling shots, only one of them looked decent enough without a bunch of regular traffic in the background. So I am meeting back up with him tomorrow to give it another shot.

Here's a link since the forum only allows one photo of this size in the post.

Lol imgur apparently flagged the post immediately as violating standards for some idiotic reason. Give me a few to find a good place to post full resolution images.

Edit: I posted a link directly from the photographers website. I don't think it requires a password or anything so hopefully you can view them alright

Yeah bud it did. Showed my ladyfriend too. She loved it. Awesome car man. Can’t wait to get mine. Hopefully I’ll get rid of one instead of having 3 cobras.

Hahaha "Bottombitch" had me dying. Love seeing other guys with equally as supportive woman as my own. My girl is one of the biggest reasons I went through on buying this car. I was hesitant to start another loan after paying off what we have now.

She quickly reminded me of how I mentioned the market for SB terminators is shrinking to the point that I may not have another chance soon after this. So here we are lol

Hahaha, that catches everyone off guard for sure. Yeah man. It’s awesome to have the support versus the pull for our hobby/addiction. She loves road trips with me to buy cobra parts, and buy more cars. She’s been behind me trying to buy a Sonic. She doesn’t want me to sell my low mileage coupe for one because that’s our “matchbox” version.

What a sweet ride! Congrats a
On a great looking car, very well done. What size tire on the rear? Rolled fenders?

Thank you! Those are 315 Toyo R888r's. No rolled fenders. Haven't had any rubbing issues either.

Considering coilovers in the future, mostly so I can drop the rear end just slightly more.

Are you on H&R race springs. Looks similar to my right height. I removed the top isolator this winter in hopes that is drops the rear a tad bit more. If I don’t like it, coil overs are going on next winter. I’m on 17s so that doesn’t help me much either.

I am installing coil overs and love the look of your car, debating on 305’s or 315’s going to be running 18” 10.5 AFS reps, hopefully I can run the 315’s

Yup H&R race springs iirc. With Koni double adjustable shocks.

Yeah these are 18's so it helps a little bit.

If you've also got a terminator I don't see any reason the 315's wouldn't work. Especially cause the Toyos tend to run slightly larger unlike many other brands I've seen.

That one of the NICEST looking Sonic Blue Cobras I've ever seen. Beautiful car that deserved some professional hi-rez photo attention. That photographer did a really awesome some on those photos. And they didn't cost you a penny. He got a stunning photo op and he got some stunning photos for his portfolio. You both won!!
