I've seen that car on Facebook and never even related it to the OP here.

I think the v6 will be a wash. The parts that are there need work. I really believe Op could get a complete donor for 10-12k. I know that's a lot but just adding up the parts he's bought probably has him at close to that number.

Please.....please Op sell all your parts and if you really love this shell buy a complete donor. The best deal would be to find a GT or V6 that has a 100% complete terminator swap as people give those things away compared to the parts value. Then swap away.

Being told that the braces that I go are for a 98 gt so idk how big of a deal that it is that they don't fit absolutely perfectly. If it is a sign of a bent shock tower I'm not super worried as there are a few body shops I'm talking to already regarding front end work on the car.




On another note for ease of installation.
Looking at a tube K member. Should I lift the K member in alone, then bolt the arms, shocks, spindles, ect. On after the K member is in or should I build it then lift it up and lower the car onto it? 2 ways to go about it.

Had some friends over today. Worked on striping the old K member.
Fox body guy wanted to take the spindles and I just wanted to get it all broken down.

If those are strut tower braces skip them. I only know of one guy that noticed a difference and he had a vert. Plus they won't clear the inlet on the blower.

had to work yesterday so didn't get a lot done. This morning I contacted to clean the floor pan. I need a high capacity vacuum to clean up stuff in the passenger side floor board
