Was watching the Murdough Movie on Lifetime and it literally had 3 commercials. One was this jewelry commercial where they fell into a pool. After about the 10th time my wife blurted out I hope that bitch drowns! I died laughing!

Did Houston do an excellent job developing their farm system to bring up star players to the team to win a world series? Yes.
Did they acquire via free agency/trade other pieces that helped win a World Series in 17 and 22? Yes.
Did they cheat, and therefore become a favorite to hate? Yes.

I'm just messing with you because I grew up in Houston and you had to complain about the whole trashcan thing. After decades of every single team cheating, suddenly everyone found their morals and hate on Houston for writing the next chapter on how to cheat their way to the top? Lol
I hate on the Braves because Ted Turner tried to sell them to the entire country and it actually worked. In other words, they were popular just because they got a lot of airtime (like Nickelback).
I don't follow baseball, I watched exactly 2 games this year. The only sport I can really talk about without making an ass of myself is motorcycle road racing (MotoGP, World SBK, MotoAmerica).

I remember some good series between the Astros and Braves back in the mid 2000's. Does that 18 inning play-off game still hold the record for longest in playoff history?
The first game I went to at Enron Field (now Minute Maid) was against the Braves. I was sitting behind the dugout on the 3rd baseline. Watching John Rocker sprint to the mound in all of his roid-rage glory was awesome. Lol
