No clue Tony, I know she uses canned beans, some kind of tomatoes and seasonings of course. Sometimes she'll do different variations with cubed meat instead of gound, I like the spicy one.
Yeah, it's steak, just asked her and it's really good

The 2 alarm chili mix is the best off the shelf ready to go mix. I've won small chili competitions with it actually. I usually add beans, meat and vegetables like onions and tomatoes. Like to add hamburger meat, cubed steak or jimmy jean hot and spicy sausage.
