2009 Pontiac G8 GXP | Retro Review

Great cars. Wish I still had my GT.

Too bad Holden wasn't capable of putting a beefy wheel/tire under anything they imported here.

"...so, we can hope that the GXP will not be the swan song for Ponitac's performance powerhouse." womp womp womp. Then the Chevy SS came out which is pretty much a G8 GXP with exterior styling most people think is a Malibu. Hence the license plate on mine, "SS FFS"

One of the best Pontiacs. Shame that it disappeared into the sunset. This was a nice review. Ah, the memories. I really like the front end. Well done.

I got to drive one a few times...supet fun cars

Man I wanted a new one so bad. Fullfilled that dream later on, great little car but pretty unimpressive performance wise. Plus more power quickly shows the weak links in them (tranny and rearend). Great road cars though. I shoulda kept mine but I moved on while the market was still high.
