Anyone have a recomendation for an OBD II scanner/reader? I don't have a laptop (or $400 bux to spend on this). Do the laptop based deals give you any more info than the hand-held digital readout types (I saw an actron - I think)? Or do they just have a nicer interface? Thanks, --Bill
