I have a GT500 bolt pattern elbow for a 2.3L if you are interested. I bought a new 2.65 blower and decided to buy the new revised GT500 elbow for the 2.65. so as soon as the new one arrives I will be ready to sell the 2.3 elbow.

I solved the issue. Turned out to be a blown fuse (Number 31) Its the fuse to power the OBD2 port under the dash. I cant believe the fuse was blown on both my mustangs. It is possible the first cable was faulty (aero said it was) and it blew the fuses on both my cars.
