    Replaced mine with a braided stainless one that is flexible. I ended up breaking my factory one when putting my ARH's in. Much easier install with the braided one too.

    I see the exact same 6psi when I try and go WOT. If I baby it 40psi all day. If I start to get into boost it drops to the mid 20s.     While I do agree with you on has nothing to do with fuel pressure dropping to zero. Why run your plugs so tight? Typical for higher boosted applications are .025-.029 for these engines.     Your plugs are gapped pretty tight. Your about .010 tighter than me.

    Installed an Afco GT500 heat exchanger in car

    Looks awesome, love the giant dual fan setup. Puts my AFCO w/ fans to shame. Should have nice and cool IAT's. Mine currently doesn't run hotter than 130 even in warmer weather. Cant imagine what your IAT's will be.

    You do not mess with the CC plate adustments when you R&R a strut. If you change ride height than you will need to realign.

    Front heat exchanger stencil pics

    If you are referring to mine, I have an AFCO heat exchanger. I painted my fins black and then stenciled terminator in. I left the rest of the heat exchanger the bare aluminum. Its a much cleaner look IMO. I also like the SVT in red too.
