Which ever they send from KB had issues brand new. 168mm.
My solutions was to lube the gears with electrical lubricant I used for my spark plugs and electrical connections after a good cleaning. The. Put the plastic cover lightly tight with blue locktie. Never ever had any issues.

I thought I read similar thread in SVTPerformance site. I believe MMR fixed that issue and the new alternator bracket should fit better but I’m typing from my phone/talkatap.

What do you mean? What do you recommend 4.10 or 3.73?
I think 3.73 for mostly street with occasional drag will be ok in the T56 mag with 2.97 first gear.

I just made an exchange with another GT500 owner that wanted the 4.10 I had for his 3.73.
We will see how the car responds once I finish my rear end and use it with the stock TR6060. I will do the T56 mag swap later on next year

I cruise around in the weekends and some times a contender appears at a light or stretch to have fun, when I get my Drag wheel setup I will visit the 1/8 mile track often or every weekend. So I think I’ll give the 4.10s that I have on hand a try first.
