No I do not know how to data log.
I have never run any type of fuel additive. Using pump 93 since I bought it. Is there an octane booster that is recommended? If I run an octane booster does that affect future fuel upgrades? Like stepping up to E85? Any links for me to read up on? Product links?

i am getting cams as stated. My builder didn’t recommend billet oil pump gears. I’ll have to ask about it. Well i figure if I set my shift point to 6000 rpm I’d really end up shifting at no more than 6500 or so by the time I react. I never claimed to be a fast shifter
