    So, the car is almost done at Lidio's with the rear end. Turns out I had 3.31s and will have 3.73s. How much if any does that help me in that race against the BMW?

    Lidio recommended the Kooks 1 3/4. Pretty sure he can do them but he's several weeks out on them.

    I have a 2013 Shelby GT500 Race Red with White Stripes. Is it okay to use a clay bar on the stripes, or will it damage them. Do I need to be in the shade, or is it much better to do in the shade?

    Thanks and no. I don't think I'll be adding much more HP but then again, doesn't everyone say that? LOL! I need to call him and get the rear gear done and see how it performs with that and these new tires.

    Tire questions for my 2013 Shelby GT500. I'm currently running Nitto NT555 G2s with 285/35ZR20s in the back. Have the 265s up front.

    Wow, night and day difference. Was just out doing a few pulls and even at 60 degrees I was barely getting wheel spin! I feel like I added 2-3 tenths just with better tires.

    Getting the Nitto NT555 RIIs 295/35/20s installed on Monday. Can't wait to see how they perform.

    Yea, while I like the wider look, size of the contact patch is more important. I need more traction.
