Considering the abundance of threads in the Suspension forum focused on wheels and tires, I think those really deserve their own dedicated forum.
Besides, "Which Wheels Should I Get?" or "What Color Wheels?" hardly seem like suspension topics. Why clutter up the Suspension forum...

I've been doing some photo transformations for friends who want to turn photos of their cars into graphic art. Below are the original that was sent to me and the final after I had finished.
These are just low-res copies suitable for posting in this thread, but the actual final graphic is an...
I needed a new photo inventory for my insurance company (agreed value policy), so I cleaned up the Cobra and shot some fresh photos last week. I don't want to load this thread down with a bunch of pix, so here's a link to the shots I posted on the car's website ...
Slightly modified 2001...

The back seat is currently at a local shop...

Those of you who have Recaro Sport, Style, or Trend Topline seats, which are the correct seat sliders for them? Height adjustable, or non-height adjustable?
I'm thinking the right type for any of the Topline Recaros is the non-height adjustable type, because the seats, themselves, have...
I've swapped out my halfshafts for DSS Level-5's, so the OEM's are up for sale. Since the L-5's come with hubs, I'm selling the stockers with the OEM hubs.
These are 31-spline halfshafts, complete end-to-end, and in perfect condition. 13,500 miles on them.
$250 + shipping

I'm replacing my PST carbon fiber D/S with another one just like it, except shorter, so the old one is for sale.
My current one is too long since I swapped out my 5-speed for a T-56, so it's for sale. For a detailed description, check out the second one listed at the link below ($825):

I was checking out what's new at the Tire Rack's website and ran across a spring comparison article that I had never seen before.
I realize the test vehicles are different from our cars, but this is the first reasonably objective H&R Sport vs. Eibach Pro Kit comparison test that I've ever...
I've been thinking about switching over to a T56 when I put the car in the air for a bunch of other upgrades - hopefully in the near future.
If I switch to a T56, I'm leaning toward the 00R-spec tranny, because I just don't think the 2.66 first gear in the Viper-spec unit is enough for a 3.73...
Hey, cats!
Since I don't listen to the stereo very often, I never got around to hooking up the Mach 460's speed sensitive volume circuitry or its auxiliary audio input until this past weekend.
Now, I can listen to Sirius satellite radio through the system, and the system's volume...
Here's the deal. I've spent a lot of time lately staring at the front end of my Snake while I was working on the HID retrofit, and I got to thinking the wide open upper and lower air intakes look kinda funky with the heat exchanger etc in plain view like that. Soooo ... I bought a set of...
I've been too busy to check in here for a while, but I haven't been neglecting the Cobra. Back in July, I sent a pair of new headlight housings and a bunch of money off to a company to have a pair of bi-xenon HID projectors installed in the housings.
They finally finished their end of the...

This is the amount of oil that the catch tank on my PCV line collected in just 3K miles. As you can see, it's about 25 ml. To put that into perspective, it works out to a little over a 1/2 pint every 30K miles. From what I've read, this is about average.
If you have an intercooled Eaton...
Just need to pick up a couple minor parts before I'm ready to dive into my summer project. You guys in the North lay up for the winter; we tend to lay up for the summer. It's too freakin' hot to do much of anything else.
Sooooo ... Here's what I've assembled so far:
That ought to...
Okay, I went into the "user cp" area to make a couple changes to my profile, and I discovered that I had PM's going back several months sitting in my inbox. I think the most recent one was Dec 11. Each one just disappeared after I clicked on it. Wear-dated, I guess.
After a little poking...
