Would a stock 93 Cobra benefit from an A9L computer swap? They do have different computers than the GT's right?

I see that a lot of ya'll are running 275/40/17's on your stock rims with little or no issues. Do you think this tire would be alright on a 17X8 wheel with little or no issues on the back?

I have a concern about my insurance coverage. I have full coverage and according to NADA it says my car is worth about $8,100. Lets say that someone hits me and it gets totaled , I know my car is worth 11- 12K so giving me $8,100 would be an insult! Can I get this value raised?
