How can you mount 5 or 4 point harnesses without using the middle bar in a cage?

How much could I pull and it be useful? I know the jack/spare but that is all in the back. I don't want to pull the sway either. Seats? switch the seats because the driver's is heavier and what else????

To lean it out you press the right arrow to make the bar go to the right of the screeen, correct? This makes it a negative number that is leaning it out correct?
