my 98 cobra secondary tensioner came apart on me the plunger and spring & button looking thing all fell out & i do not know which way to put the button back in the plunger hole one side is just flat fiber the other side has a metal nipple on it i think that the metal nipple i think goes up in...

i went to check my tps voltage on my 01 intake & it was not .94-.98 volts so i tried to adj it but it seems like there is no adjustment on it ?????????????? the volts on it now are1.2v ???????????? could anybody tell me whats up thx noel
