porting exhaust

i am going to port match my 03 heads.on the intake side it is pretty straight foreword but am not real sure about the exhaust side there is a lot of meat there & since ford changed the port on the 03 c heads to flow better i was wondering if i should even mess with them at all. any knowledgeable opinion would be appreciated ---for n.a.

Port matching will not result in any power gains on otherwise stock heads. The only areas on those heads that need attention are the bowl areas. Adding 37.5mm intake valves and opening up the intake seat will help also but that adds more cost also..
