The "cut out" they are talking about is on the transmisson cross member, not on the car itself. If you look at the cross member it wraps around the subframe and is bolted on. Not a big deal only takes a minute with the cut off wheel. It is only on the 1998 cobra.

I have an IRS that I just had a torsen installed. The cv axles lock into torson. However if I put the square spacer that goes between the axles back in, it pushes the axles out. Do I have wrong the spacer or is it not used on the IRS. Thanks Jeremy
