Where can I find the elusive underhood headlight covers?

94-95 had them- cut out for rad cap
96 has them- no cut out for rad cap- has extra piece next to overflow bottle.
97-98 no flaps, no piece next to over flow

Those headlight flaps do or will break off over time due to the environment under the hood (heat), age and how many times they are “flipped” upward OR if the entire radiator cover is removed from the car.

To remedy headlight covers that have separated from the main radiator cover, flip them and the main cover upside down. Use black Gorilla tape and place a piece to bridge the headlight cover to the main in cover.

Flip the entire unit over and reinstall. That type of fix works and if you do it right, no one will be able to tell from the topside the unit was repaired.

There are no aftermarket copies available, no reproductions and these are not available through Ford anymore.

If you do see one that still has the headlight covers and is not broken, expect to pay upwards of $125+ on eBay from greedy sellers.
