The 2004 lightning lower intake is used and has approx 20K. I bought it a couple of years ago with the intent of porting, but plans changed so its for sale. I drilled and tapped the rear coolant path on the drivers side and tapped it (1/2NPT) into the other side of the intake. Basically a Coolant Mod for the drivers side rear head port that is blocked from the factory. Now there are 1/2npt fitting to connect to the heater system. The intake had a broken bolt for one of the coil packs, so that was repaired and is now fine. Bolt tightens up no problem now. See pic. No air sensor or gaskets. No Intercooler.
I also have a brand new 2001-2004 midplate for this intake. Also was going to port it, but not anymore. MidPlate SOLD!!!!!!
3/4 tubing , elbow and tee fitting, (2)Stainless steel 1/2NPT fittings and clamps included.
