01 2v Build up

Im wanting to build up the internals,cam, heads on my 2v to support the KB that will go on the motor... I just bought the stang and im new to the 4.6l modular motor, so any suggestions will be helpful... I want to run 14psi on the motor.. What pistons,rods, crank, heads, and cam would be best for this??
