01gt project for racing

So I am finally on the market for a dd and am going to retire the gt. So the most logical thing I could think of is turn it into a track car only. I have some goals and just want to see if they are doable or I'm just dreaming.
As the car sits right now the modifications are
Bbk cai
Accufab 75 mm tb
Diablo handheld box tune
Slp lt headers
O/r x-pipe
Magnaflow exhaust
Eibach pro kit.

This summer I will be installing 4.10 gears, a stall, and a lot of weight reduction. Removing all the interior, gutting the trunk and any other weight I can including the a/c.
I am shooting for mid 12s. Thats about it for this season.
Over the winter I will be working on the suspension and replacing k member. Getting big and littles and if money permits a 125 shot. With that would mid 11s be out of the question?
Just trying to get a game plan before I even start with it.

Weight reduction will help, but with the 4.10s and a 125 shot- suspension and a tire will be a MUST! With a good suspension setup and a sticky- 11s should be attainable.

As long as it is possible, ill give it a try. My one friends lt1 should be in the 12s this summer. My other friend should easily hit 11s with his cobra and my dad is running mid 10s with his 68 camaro so I am playing catch up here.
