02redl bought the pfab tank and never received it. Also no pm's returned, and this guy hasn't been on since 8/2 from what i can see.

Update:

Well i reported this guy through IC3 when all this happened, i honestly didn't think anything would come of it. I got a call from local police about 2 weeks ago letting me know that they tracked him down and had given instruction to His local police to go make him pay or i would be pressing charges. So after all this time i finally got my refund check back in the mail yesterday. It's nice to finally have some justice done.
