Does this fit an 01 convertible by chance?

I am pretty sure it is an upgrade but a direct fit to the 2001.
Maybe someone can chime in just to be sure.

Ok just let me know. I am almost 100% certain it is.
I know they are a direct fit even on an SN-95. The 03/04 are just an upgraded radiator in comparison to what they come with.
